A fitness facility that kids and parents love.
You’re child is going to feel great after a session at STRIDES!
STRIDES cares about your child. Group programming works.
We’re a fitness facility and childhood obesity is a concern to us, but here weight loss isn't the only goal of our programming. We believe in providing our youth with fitness programs that give them the tools to create healthy habits that last a lifetime.  The benefits that come from this type of programming are numerous.
  • Feel less stressed
  • Feel better about themselves
  • Be more attentive in school
  • Keep a healthy weight
  • Build and keep healthy bones, muscles and joints
  • Sleep better at night
We’re a lot of fun and very friendly. Strides wants your child to feel confident in their abilities on and off the playing field.  Try one session and watch your child feel the immediate positive effects that a well organized program can offer.
Our programming consists of small youth groups in a similar age range. This ensures that your child will be able to perform effectively because the session is designed specifically for their level of physical development. Groups also help add the element of play to the session and help form peer bonds.

Testimonials
As a father of a son who has been golfing since he was 6, I would like to express my gratitude to the Strides Human Performance Institute training staff for bringing his game to the next level. He is now 11 and has made noticeable gains to his level of play.  The Complete Athletic Development program has helped him understand the importance of fitness related to his sport. My son was taught to train correctly and, even more importantly, safely.  As a parent that means everything.
